Dear friends and family I am excited to announce my candidacy once again for re-election to the South El Monte City Council. In the coming several weeks I am looking forward to sharing my vision and platform for a better SEM thru our virtual stage. In the mean time, please look for our updates on Social Media.
Please join me for our 4th Annual FREE Haircut/Back Pack Event in SEM on Sunday August TBA. There will be FREE hamburgers courtesy of Burger Zone and Free Ice Cream courtesy of Azteca Frutas y Raspados for children ages 5-17 years of age. Please PM me with any questions. This event is open to any student from the Valle Lindo SD, Mountain View SD, El Monte City SD and the El Monte High SD.
Dear Neighbor and Friend, Serving you the last 4 years on the South El Monte City Council has been a tremendous honor. You and your family have entrusted me and blessed me with the opportunity to serve you. Our great little city has experienced remarkable gains in the area of finances, lower crime, safer and healthier neighborhoods, environmentally friendly policies, and new infrastructure improvements to name a few.
Wrestling is one of the most challenging and demanding sports. You are forced to develop an inner strength and mental toughness at a level
that few ever achieve. You are pushed beyond your limits and asked to give more. It is in this struggle where greatness is Found. I am truly proud of our young lady wrestlers who put in the work every day.

As a proponent of enhanced public safety, I am proud to stand with all our men and women of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department-Temple Station.
We need to invest in additional funding for Public Safety (Restore funding for our School Resource Deputy at SEMHS, Tackle our Homeless Issue, and add additional Deputies)
Continue to provide quality sit-down restaurants for families to enjoy and invest in creating a pro-business/pro-development plan. I am proud to work with our SEM Property Owners Association and our SEM Chamber of Commerce.
Economic & Business Development (Bring in sit-down family style restaurants, add new retail shops for our residents)
Strengthen School Partnerships (The signing of collaborative agreements with the various school districts that serve our city ensures that our student and family needs are being met)
Senior/Youth Programming (We must continue to care for our seniors with additional programming and funding to ensure that some of our most vulnerable residents are looked after. Additional youth programming will provide some of the best opportunities for our children to participate in programs such as Beat the Streets Wrestling which is offered FREE to our community!)
Modernization of our Aging Infrastructure (We must be prepared to accommodate the needs of our families with modern facilities. This includes a new Aquatics Center, New Multipurpose
Our streets have to be effectively maintained throughout our city and without a long term capital improvement plan they need to be repaired or replaced.
Our city should offer additional Diversity, Wellness and Inclusion Programs into the fabric of our service as a city to allow for more opportunities for our underserved population.
